China, US, India, Japan & Vietnam were the top 5 in terms of newly installed capacity of 30.11 GW, 13.3 GW, 8.8 GW, 7 GW and 6.5 GW, respectively 2020 forecast has been lowered by 32 GW from SPE’s previous forecast of 144 GW to 112 GW now due to the pandemic’s impact.
